Why would Judge Wallace Bateman stand his ground, when it’s clearly stated in case law that "When it is clearly established that a federal law preempts a state law, the state law must be declared invalid”? "Federal taking claims also cannot ripen if a final decision has been reached.

The federal court cannot determine if there has been a taking if it cannot determine what use can be made of the property”. A final decision would have had to be after November 9, 2016 but was actually made on April 12, 2017.

Carol Drioil’s illegal use of her office was missed when federal law enforcement chose not to investigate the failed documents, made for THE GALMAN GROUP, now in use by County Builders as stated by John A. Vanluvanee, Esq. of Eastburn Gray, Doylestown in the Public Records.

I now believe that a Judge of the Court of Common Pleas was working with a district judge, and due to this, was not impartial in upholding the municipal planning code and identifying unconstitutional actions.
