Whether you buy from hydrohealth.co or hydrohealth.shop, you are dealing with the same company and the same unethical practices.

I ordered two hydrogen water cups for around $200. Shipping took weeks from China without any disclosure. One cup leaked immediately. The other developed a strong chemical odor after minimal use.

When I contacted customer service for a refund:

• They stalled for weeks with repetitive, copy-and-paste replies.
• Never provided proper return instructions.
