hydrohbottle Refused to cancel order, Refused a refund on order that was not received Internet

As a small business owner, I understand the importance of excellent customer service. I placed an order for a water bottle in November 2024 and was assured it would be delivered by Christmas. However, after the holiday passed with no delivery, I reached out multiple times requesting to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Rather than honoring my request, the company repeatedly ignored my cancellation and instead offered discounts on future purchases of water bottles and accessories. The "60-day money-back guarantee" advertised on their website is misleading, as they do not issue refunds—even for undelivered merchandise.

Due to their lack of response, I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. In response, Hydrobottle falsely claimed they had no record of my cancellation, despite my submission of email correspondence as proof.

I deeply regret purchasing from their website and want to make other buyers aware of their deceptive business practices.
