Several months ago I wrote of the ongoing problems with Direct Express and its FRAUD, it's a SCAM customer service that refuses to help because they are trained that way. The bank pulls a DECLINED TRANSACTION SCAM with intent. After this horrible experience, I found an article written by Tracey she lies stating the INSPECTOR GENERAL claims it is all a PHISHING SCAM, NO it's a POLITICAL government scam!
YOU PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS AND LIARS! By the way, the SOCIAL SECURITY MONEY is paying those crappy customer service people at Direct Express from our tax dollars more theft. An employee admitted this to me!

I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH DIRECT EXPRESS AND STOPPED USING IT BECAUSE THE US TREASURY IS COMMITTING FRAUD AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL DOESN'T CARE AND REFUSES TO HELP. YET EVERYONE LIES AND CLAIMS IT IS A PHISHING SCAM, IT'S NOT, IT'S FRAUD THE US GOV IS COMMITTING, BUT RECENTLY I DISCOVERED I CAN'T CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.
I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AGAIN IT IS THE SAME BS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY HANG UP ON ME DELIBERATELY. IT'S A SICK GAME THESE LOSERS PLAY. SO I AM EXPLOITING ALL OF YOU!!
I AM BEING DENIED TO CLOSE THE DIRECT EXPRESS CARD ACCOUNT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS ENTIRE DIRECT EXPRESS IS NOTHING BUT FRAUD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMITTED TO ME THEY ARE PAID BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY MONIES NOT THE US GOV. THIS IS HOW SHADY AND CROOKED IT ALL IS!!
