Inspiritec is completely corrupt and is a scam. TheyHire people who have disabilities fo their Tier 1 DSO Customer Service Representative position and they Will fire you for absolutely no valid reason ! People Who get inpatient psychiatric treatment at hospitals Will be terminated from this position before their Training is fully completed and they will blame it on the Federal government since they have a contract with Them . This is a massive conflict of interest Shouldn’t have contracts with the Federal Government if they discriminate against you for Improving voluntarily working on improving your

Overall mental health to be a productive member of Society. Inspritec had my medical records before because  their  Facility Security Officer Terrance  Barr  asked for it to confirm my psychiatric  disability before I was hired so they already knew I sought mental Treatment at hospitals I was never 302ed ,

l haven’t Been arrested ,or placed in jail,don’t even have a Criminal record ,yet they treated me like a criminal And also many other employees. All of the managers There are entirely dishonest,incompetent, ignorant And unprofessional. Chastity Mosby one of my supervisors and Nancy Santana and,  Mary Berry Shields  told me I would be rehired for a different position and they Squandered my time with multiple interviews for positions I was more than qualified for by playing games with me . This place is not what it pretends to Be and should be shutdown permanently. It’s a constant revolving door of people getting hired and Fired fo absolutely  ludicrous and irrational reasons

It’s one of the worst places to work at in the country. I was interviewed in August  2023 for an ITSS position by Jennifer Scales and she pretended as if I would be hired since I had already  worked  for the company.  I was told over a week later via email that they decided  to hire people they deemed more qualified. Then I applied  for a  different position  called MM help desk  Adam Kanscal  and Jeanine Ferguson  two of the hiring managers  never returned any of   my calls or emails after well over 2 weeks after I had a phone interview.

They are con artists, crooks , swindlers, and charlatans Who give people false hope and set you up for failure There is barely any job security here because of the Mass hiring and firings . This place is no good at all And I wanted to expose them for what they are to the Public so they don’t have to go through such a toxic And negative experience like what happened to me at this world-class dump .Please avoid Inspritec like the plague.
