On February 7, 2024, I attended the Internet Mastery live event in Miami, FL, hosted by Adam Ginsberg. During the event, Adam introduced a new program called the Round Table, priced at $10,000. He explained that the program included:

12 monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with Adam Ginsberg,

12 monthly group coaching sessions, and

2 in-person one-on-one coaching sessions at his office in Boca Raton, FL.

Adam also claimed that joining the Round Table program would "add a zero" to our Amazon revenue. I approached him that day for clarification about the program, asking when it would start. He told me it would begin in a couple of weeks. I also asked about the monthly budget required to "add a zero" to my Amazon revenue, and he surprisingly said, "Nothing." He assured me he would review my account to identify ways to achieve this using my current resources.

After the event, I waited for Adam to initiate the monthly coaching sessions. However, there was no clear communication about the program. Adam appeared unorganized, and all the members were left uncertain about what was happening. Most were hesitant to speak up, fearing reprimand. Eventually, we had two Zoom coaching sessions, but only 4-5 people attended. Nothing new or valuable was discussed that could help scale our businesses.

In March, I attended another live event in Las Vegas. I asked Adam if I could schedule my in-person one-on-one coaching for the day following the next AI event in Boca Raton, and he agreed, advising me to contact Marshay, one of his employees. After the event, I contacted Marshay, but she informed me that Adam would not be available that Friday. A few weeks later, I reached out again to schedule a new appointment, but Marshay said she needed to check with Adam and would get back to me. I never heard back.

By this time, 9 months had passed, and I had received none of the promised services despite paying $10,000. Frustrated, I decided to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Shortly after, I received a voicemail from Adam, threatening to deactivate my account access if I did not contact him within a certain timeframe. A few days later, he deactivated my account.

I emailed Adam, reminding him that I had already paid almost $15,000 for his Pro Program, which had nothing to do with the Round Table dispute. I did not understand why access to that program was revoked. After my dispute, Adam suddenly offered additional coaching sessions and extensions for the Round Table program. I replied, declining the offer, explaining that after almost a year of waiting and receiving nothing, I no longer trusted him to fulfill his promises. I requested a full refund, preferring to invest in something more worthwhile.

I have since consulted an attorney and was advised to file complaints with relevant agencies. Many other students have reported similar issues with Adam Ginsberg, as he has a pattern of overpromising and underdelivering after receiving payment.
