Residential Roofing - Jack Hubbs Replaced shingles with a off brand, not the brand requested, short cuts, and bad roofing install. Columbia SC

I hired a contractor to work on my roof replacement. I provided the Company a sample of what I wanted. I wanted 3 tabs, and got a cheaper brand, yet billed my inusance company twice for a product that I did not ask for. I found out just recently when leaks and falling ceiling, that the roofer, cut corner leaving gaps for leaks. I also found out the roofing company set themselves out to be licensed and bonded at the time was not. The roofer did the job on the weekend, escaping a pop inspector to come to the site. Also, Im Columbia, SC Companies must pull a permit to work on properties, this company did not. I am left with a lot of roofing problems, that is not fixable without a new roof. I HAVE BEEN SCAM! I need some help with this issue on getting my proplem solved.
