Unbelievably Horrible Experience with Jacob & Co.
I sent Jacob & Co. a diamond bracelet worth tens of thousands of dollars for repairs because it was losing diamonds. Instead of returning it in proper condition, they sent it back to me broken in half. I am absolutely stunned by the lack of care and professionalism from a brand that claims to be high-end.
Had I been a New York resident, I would take legal action. The level of negligence and disregard for their customers is beyond unacceptable. I cannot believe a jeweler operating at this level would conduct business so poorly. Not only did they try to charge me to fix an item which was very obviously has defects and poor workmanship.
I would never consider trusting Jacob & Co. every again. Their actions were beyond disgusting.

They Fixed the issue and treated me right

Jacob and Co did the right thing. Their manager called me and said they would send a new piece of Jewelry to replace the broken one. He also apologized for the misunderstanding and said that the store should not have sent back the bracelet at all and should have sent a new one.
