CMA Management Jennifer Mayben Unsubstantiated fines and fees for something that was not in the wrong by any means Plano Texas

I have lived in my development for nearly a decade when I started receiving monetary fines for having a small pile of patio pavers neatly stacked in my driveway (which is behind the house and out of public view) After multiple calls and emails I finally had a meeting with the CMA board of review and received a 60% waiver of fines. The problem is Jennifer Mayben in unaccountable and does not communicate, and in doing so my case was forwarded to an attorney and a lien was placed on my 650K home. I have never "not paid" my HOA fees or had any issues until I had the displeasure of being assigned to her incompetent stupidity. The landscaping project has since been completed and additional fines have been levied against me and I still cannot get a response or any type of clarification and the only course of action is to take her to small claims court in Plano Texas for harassment, negligence and incompetence which has led to additional fines.

Jennifer Mayben needs to fired and find a new line of work that requires less skill and competence.

Bottom line... shes an idiot that needs to stay away from Happy Hour and do your job.
