We were taken advantage of in every possible way. Workers would not show up on time or as expected, shortcuts were taken everywhere. Had to clean up after them constantly. Owner was increasingly impossible to contact except when it came time to pay. I paid for awnings that were never installed, even told him to just bring the materials which he never did either.

I've had to spend thousands to repair the substandard structure he erected. My building sways (visually and audibly) in a light to moderate wind.  I have had to repair roof leaks, replace trim, and install numerous screws that were simply never installed. Simply put this man will rob Peter to pay Paul. The money you give him obviously doesn't get utilized for your project.
