JM Maia Services Corp. in Boca Raton, Fl JM Flooring Lack of organization, caused me money, and stress Boca Raton Florida

They were assigned to do my tile work through Floor & Decor. I paid for the materials at floor and Decor on 07/16/2020, and faxed this Flooring company on 07/17/2020 to Shawn with proof my materials were paid for. I have the fax confirmation. We were set for 07/28/2020,  8-9am. after waiting for almost 2 hours I finally called them. I was told, they were not going to show because I have not paid for my materials yet. What? they are very unorganized. Someone at (954) 866-2378, told me to sent proof of payment via an email attachment, so I sent them 3 photos, and waited.

  Two guys from JM Maia Flooring finally show up. They told me "I Forgot" the tile spacers, and gave me a new bag, and demanded another $38.51 in addition to the $1,020.00 I was already paying. How greedy is that? They told me I need to have the tilework professionally cleaned, and have 1/4 round molding added. Of course, they just happened to offer that for much more money, as if I hadn't paid enough for this small 10 by 11 foot room. They never called the day before to check on everything, and could have avoided all the confusion (on their part). They are forgetfull, unprofessional, greedy, and unorganized. They did not call me the following day, to show good customer service. I shreaded my Floor & Decor Cedit Card. I regret ever letting these amature businessmen in my home.
