I ordered a ring on November 7, 2020,  I was tracking my package. it said it was delivered on November 19, 2020 at 3:15pm. i looked at the signature on the email it is no one by the name that signed for it lives in my home. i let Joancee know that my packaged was delivered to the wrong address they told me that they had to speak with DHL. the same day that DHL emailed me and told me that my package was lost Joancee emailed me and told me that DHL told them that my package had been delivered to the right address. i'm still trying to get a refund or a replacement. Joancee basically told me to walk around my neighbor hood to search for my ring.
