Joe Canvas Joe Ribaudo Joseph Ribaudo Incomplete poor job, did not come back to complete after being paid in full. Whiting New Jersey

The vendor Joe Canvas aka Joseph Ribaudo did a completely new exterior (cockpit) upholstery job on my boat.

The two smaller side panels were measured incorrectly and were installed improperly to the extent the water spicket can't be turned, the two pull down back seats were supposed to have double ball latches so they would stay closed, that was not done, so now they keep opening on their own. Several straps to hold doors in place were never reinstalled either.

When I pointed these items out with pictures to Joe Canvas his excuse, it was not a custom job?  Even though I had paid him $5,000 or better, I agreed to further pay him to come back and fix the work he didn't do correctly in the first place, he never came back after chasing him for a couple of months.    

I would not recommend Joe Canvas aka Joseph Ribaudo for any work. He is unreliable, unprofessional and doesn’t take pride in his work.
