Julia Frank Destroyed the apartment she rented, by short term renting without a license creating legal issues Miami Beach Florida

Living overseas ,we trusted this couplen Julia frank and Adam Bryce Buehler & nbsp;who presented themselves her a CEO for PlantX COO , him a lawyer , nice professional looking.

1- She according to exhibits from the Association started short term renting the unit, Violating City ordinance , short term rental without the proper licensing & nbsp; & nbsp;and Association permit

A- The unit was destroyed Exhibits see attachments & nbsp;, the AC machine & nbsp;had to be changed for missusage by her short term rental guests .

2- When Finally the management company decided to block her short term rental guests, not being able to make the income she contemplated/visioned she decided to leave a month earlier renegging the lease agreement. & nbsp; & nbsp;She was also & nbsp;paying $ 400 less/discount for over 6 months & nbsp; , & nbsp;the & nbsp; & nbsp;excuse & nbsp; was the improvement construction & nbsp; & nbsp;in the building & nbsp; were too loud.

B-The unit looked like a Pig Stall , the sink, & nbsp;the walls , the bath tub , the bed the couches were inan unfathomable condition & nbsp;ref pictures .

The whole time we & nbsp;argued with the Association and the city code compliance & nbsp;protecting her, we were wrong , she had manipulated us making us believe the door man Oscar was stalking her , while he was simply & nbsp;vetting her weekly & nbsp;guests to gather evidence, which is also clear in Building surveillance.

C-The furniture was racked, & nbsp;curtains and other & nbsp; & nbsp;owner stuff were & nbsp;missing, the fridge ref photos was black and red from dirt . The kitchen draws were broken.

Please be aware of this DUO who present themselves as professionas & nbsp; & nbsp;contrary they are illegal short term renters .
