Beware of this tenant and their family. Very trashy will ruin the property and leave tons of trash behind. Tenant stop paying rent and stopped answering phone calls. Only reason this posting is going up so no other landlord gets screwed over by these trashy tenants.

Owed over 5,000 in back rent and over 3,000 in damages after vacanting the premises. They will put on a fake show and even state they are Christian people. Again beware they are fraudsters and you will regret having anything dealings with them. I have attached photos of what they look like along with how they left the property after vacating. BEWARE........
