I ordered some Keto diet pills with a special bonus of buy 3 get 3 free. As I filled out my information I noticed there was not a bill or any kind of receipt sent to me via email. I called within minutes to cancel the order and Scott tried to bargain the price with me. I told him I no longer wanted the pills and requested my money back. He told me he could not do that. So I waited for the charges to go through and called Bank of America immediately. They assured me there would be no problem. Billing came up as Whole Purity Health..?
I received a text message saying my order had been processed. I cancelled several more times with no results. So I waited for the products and without opening them sent them back RETURN TO SENDER. It was confirmed that they received them back and still would not return my money. I have no merchandise and was told I did not return the product correctly. Are you kidding me?! I am out $304.85 and Bank of America will not reinburse me and Purity Health wants me to wait for 72 callers before I get someone on the phone!!
This is a scam and misrepresentation to say the least.
