Kousha Berokim is a THIEF.  Stay away from Kousha Berokim and Jasmine Duel.  They represented us in a lawsuit.  We grew to trust them both.  I had a high value case with strong evidence.  We were getting ready for arbitration, and Jasmine let us know that Kousha ALWAYS settles cases, he never fights.

 We were lied to about our rights, manipulated into settling for a number we didn't accept without conditions, and then Kousha stole $18,000 dollars from our settlement and kept it for himself.  Jasmine has done nothing but defend her partner who is a thief.

 We had an arbitration date that we waited nearly a year for, and to force me inot having no option but to settle, they told me that we would have to postpone arbitration for another year if I didn't take the lowball deal that was offered. On top of that Kousha promised my wife and me repeatedly that if we accepted a certain number, that he would adjust his percentage split to pay us on the number that I refused to go below.

 In other words, to overcome my objection to a settlement, Kousha offered to pay us an additonal 18K from the settlement if we accepted the deal they wanted us to take.  We finally did, and when the money came in, he stole / withheld the 18K.

 We are very honest people, and they have put us through hell trying to collect OUR share of this settlement.  Kousha's licence has already been suspended, and we reported him to the State Bar.  DO NOT hire Kousha Berokim or Jasmine Duel.
