Kurtis Kitchen and Bath Kurtis, Aaron Kuretsky, Jerry Rauschenberger Failed to complete kitchen remodel, will no longer respond Livonia MI

We hired this company in December to do a cabinet refacing job.  The job was supposed to take 3 days in March.  The contractor they sent out was unable to complete the job for several reasons including some parts were not ordered, he broke some and a lot of the work he did was unacceptable (those are the words of Jerry, the project manager).  We were promised they would make this right.

They came out to "finish" a few more times only to find out each time (5 weeks apart) they did not have all of the mtaerials so no additional work has been completed since March.  The sales manager Aaron had promised me that the parts needed would land during the 4th of July weekend and the job would be scheduled the next day (this is 11 weeks after the last visit and the parts were supposed to be rush ordered). 

He now will not return my calls or texts.  Jerry has never returned my calls or texts since the beginning of the project. You can only visit the store by appointment only and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I am currently looking for lawyers.
