My cherished child – fur-baby, suffered for months from a growth.  It was only on our last visit did this clinic actually preform a more thorough exam, and realized it was a cancerous growth.  I paid for full examinations on all previous visits.

The front desk clerk was not at all compassionate and pressured us to pay euthanasia fees upfront. Still in shock when the cancer diagnosis came, the owner Jo argued that I was an idiot. I did use foul language when speaking to her, in my defense I was in shock.  I did manage to ask her why this wasn’t detected the first time we came in. 

Absolutely no compassion for the family members they should take care of, let alone the paraents.  In fact the owner of this establishement  refers to patrons of the business as customer versus clientele. The difference being is a customer is usually a 1 time transaction, and clientele continue a professional services relationship. The business thinks that little of those supporting it.

This place is the absolute worst.
