Problem description:
We bought a 2007 Subaru Outback Special Edition Eddie Bauer from Larry Miller Toyota in December of 2017 for $7,000 sticker price and paid over $10,000 out the door. We were promised a complete end to end "167 Point Check" guarantee that gave us piece of mind and gained our trust and faith in this dealership.

We drove off of the lot and the ABS light came on immediately. Because neither one of us is a mechanic, we didn't really understand that this was an alarm bell....3 months later, when the weather became warm, the car over heated and we took it into LM. This was the 1st of $7,000 dollars worth of repairs, lost wages,costs for Rental Cars (Thank you Enterprise on Arapahoe and 55th) and borrowing money to both PAY THE PAYMENT and PAY FOR REPAIRS...OVER 7K in one year.

We eventually had to take out a $14,000 loan in November of 2019 to pay off both the car and pay back my son in law the 7K he paid out in all kinds of expenses. After complaining a LOT...they invited us in to LEASE a NEW Toyota Carolla, which was the ONLY offer at a $500+ per month payment.

THIS was what LARRY MILLER TOYOTA offered to a local Boulder couple on Social Security after they told me to take the Subaru elsewhere for repairs because they felt they couldn't help me any further. (I have all correspondence in writing). I feel that these people do not represent Larry Miller or his family values. I advise anyone to go ANYWHERE else but this dealership. 

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Continuing to operate a vehicle while ignoring a warning light is operator neglect.
