Luma Pro USA – Las Vegas, Nevada & Their Products (Avologi Eneo, REVV by Elevare Skin) Are a Scam and Fraud!

Do not buy from Luma Pro USA. They are running a deceptive, fraudulent business designed to scam customers out of thousands of dollars.

I was scammed by Luma Pro USA at the Las Vegas Expo on January 24, 2025, when I purchased their overpriced and ineffective skincare and hair growth products. The salesperson, Jack, used high-pressure tactics and false promises to manipulate me into buying:

  • Avologi Eneo Totale Skin Rejuvenation & Anti-Aging
  • REVV Hair Growth Machine by Elevare Skin
  • STEMTOX Skin Systems Protein Stem Cell Moisturizer
  • Origani Immorta ELL Wrinkle-Diffusing Cream
  • Origani Honey Peel
  • L’core SPA Collection
  • Glamour New York Eyeless Pro
  • A Levv by Elevare Skin & Hair Growth Product (never shipped, but charged anyway)

False "Money-Back Guarantee"

The salesperson assured me that I could return the product if I didn’t see results. He said:

  • "Take a picture now, use the product, and if you don’t see results, we will refund your money 100%."
  • "You have nothing to lose—this is risk-free!"
  • "We stand behind our product completely!"

These were all lies. When I tried to return the products, they refused to honor the refund and ignored my attempts to contact them.

Hidden No-Refund Policy

They never mentioned a no-refund policy during the sale. Only after charging my credit card did they email me a receipt stating "All Sales Final."

When I immediately tried to return it the next day, salesperson Jack refused and told me to contact the company for a refund, which was another lie. They also promised to provide a return shipping label, which never happened.

Overpriced and Worthless Products

Eneo Totale is falsely marketed as a Nobel Prize-winning, high-tech anti-aging device and is priced at $11,950. REVV Hair Growth Machine is sold for $3,995.

However, similar or better products are available online for less than $200, with real money-back guarantees. If their products are so advanced, why won’t they stand behind them with a refund policy? Because they know their products don’t work.

Deceptive Pricing Scam

The salesperson first quoted an insanely high price, then pretended to "discount" it to make me feel like I was getting a deal. In reality, I still paid ten times more than the product is worth.

Failed to Deliver a Product but Charged Me Anyway

One of the items I purchased never even arrived. They charged my credit card but refused to provide tracking information.

No Customer Support

Once they took my money, they stopped answering my calls and emails. They made fake promises to "look into it" but never followed up.

The Owner is Hiding Behind Lies

The so-called "manager" is actually Aamit Shahar, the owner of Luma Pro USA. She pretended she wasn’t the owner and said she needed to "check with management," which was another lie.

Their business is registered at 9816 Dusty Winds Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89117, which is a residential address, not a real business location.

Luma Pro USA’s Scam Tactics

  • Fake guarantees they never honor
  • High-pressure sales tactics
  • Hiding refund policies until after purchase
  • Overcharging for ineffective products
  • Ignoring customers after taking their money

Common scam in Exhibit Hall for Optometric Conferences - Beware!! Vol Rio is another name they use

AUTHOR: JeanMarie - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, February 21, 2025

I had the same experience with a company that represented themselves as Elevare Skincare at an optometric professional conference. Same tactics were used. The device was misrepresented as a professional clinical device when it is nothing more than an over the counter device. They take advantage of the fact that we have to get back to our educational meetings. I was told I would get specifications on the product and if I was not satisfied I could return for a full refund. They asked me to sign a credit card and for a "lifetime warranty". I asked for a refund the next day and they stalled, tried to get me to exchange the device for something else, throw in some free stuff, etc. I contacted the corporate office and was told that they were not reps for Elevare - they are a third party company called Vol Rio. The sales person put me in contact with a "manager" who sent me a receipt saying no refunds.  I have never seen this before.

Same exact tactics as described here. I saw different reps for the same company in Florida two weeks later in the exhibit hall of another Optometric educational conference.

They are scammers.  Beware. Do not buy their products.
