Lundstrom Transport Contracted for auto transport - failed to provide services, non-responsive after deposit paid, website later removed. Ledgewood NJ

On 12/10/2023 I contracted Lundstrom Transport, LLC for transport of our two vehicles across country from CA to NC.  Communication was thru company website, telephone and email contact and I paid a $445 deposit by credit card.    The pickup date for our vehicles was scheduled for 12/27/2023 and on or about 12/20/2023, I began attempts to contact Lundstrom Transport for additional information and transport driver contact details.  I was unable to make any contact with this business, nor the two different purported drivers' contact telephone numbers that Lundstrom Transport provided in previous emails.

By 12/22/2023 I discovered that the phone number for Lundstrom Transport had been disconnected and their website had been removed from the website.  I was able to recoup my deposit thru our credit card company and hope this business and it's operators will someday be prosecuted for fraud and deceptive practice.
