I think when I read that I'm so used to American law. There are all these caveats though, like you have to give them your data (says they will sign an NDA which I'm sure is only good in India if that).

I felt really mislead when the software didn't work and read the terms. Then they said to turn off my firewall and anti-virus to fix it! hahahaha

These guys. I'd not purchase again. Thankfully AMEX gave me my money back.
