Magnum Realty Group Called to buy our membership in a vacation club that we purchased when we bought a Time = Share Vacation membership. Sacramento California

We were contacted by phone and computer from Magnum Realty Group to buy our Membership in Vacations unlimited. They hasd us give them permission to contact the Time share persons to see what they could offer us.

Their offer was $30,000.00, minus an 8% commission. They sent us papers (A Purchase Agreement)  from the (purported) Law Firm of Miller and Attorneys in Dallas, Tx. (901 Main St. Dallas, TX, 75202-phone:(512) 717-7462).

They informed us that before we could get any monies from them, we would propbably have to pay the time share company a "transfer fee", which wouldprobably only be a nominal ammount.

I informed them that I was unhappy coming up with any fees that could not be accessed from the settlement amount, but their explanation was that a time share in Mexico would "insist" on direct payment from me before anything else could be formalized.

Before we went further we checked on line and came across the Ripoff Report. At this jucture we are out no monies, nor do we intend to go any further. Thank you.
