How this woman got her job I can only speculate. How does a person have no experience in the USA and barely speak English and get a job as a 'job coach' to mostly African Americans when she had no experience in the field, has no knowledge of the Cleveland job market.
This was a job that should have gone to a native Clevelander African American who has lived here and had jobs here and went to interview here, etc., etc. etc. I can only assume there was some kind of bribe or other unethcial quid pro quo for this woman to get this job with NO experience.
It really should be investigated by the County but, of course, the County is so corrupt someone should investigate it. Well, some really deserving African American got cheated out of good job.
