Micheal Smith U.S. Department of Health and Human Services phone # 1-347-470-7922 maybe agent or fake agent fot DHHS lost $8000 to DHHS Micheal Smith to recieve DHHS package? 

My old friend Frank Halm told me to text message this phone # 1-347-470-7922 to recieve Department of Health and Services package ($$$). So I text them and Micheal Smith asked me snap copy of my driver licensce, social security card and name of my bank but did not give him my account# plus my home address.

And Micheal told me that I will get $75000.00 and I have to pay tax credit fee , his fee and shipping fee which cost me $1000. FedEx was suppose to deliver package to me. But I was notified that IRS hold my package and I has to $3500 for tax then FedEx got packages and was suppose ship to me. FedEx guy got wreck in Arkansas and got killed.

Fire Department got packages and demand $7500 to release packages. So, I got no money to pay fire department. This is $4500 lost for my package.  One more package for my poor deaf friend Louis Sisco and I paid $1000 fee plus $2500 for tax. Total is $8000.I use Vanilla Gift cards and Bitcoin to pay $8000 plus mistake $100 extra I think it is SCAM.I have all text messages from Micheal Smith and FexEx guy. Let me know if You want to look at text messages from them.

Micheal gave phone # of FedEx guy (1-405-385-9767 plus Fire Department phone #1-678-792-6126. Micheal said It in Arkansas. I check Fire Department"s number area code location online and it said Georgia. Must be SCAM!
