Modern Deal PGCOM PTE. LTD. (UEN ID 201935920H) False advertising of their product and refusal to refund Singapore

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Moderndeal.co for 71.98 USD (93.23 CAD). They are advertised as specific sizes and made with specific materials (canvas, rubber outsole etc...). What I received was junk like you would find at the dollar store: outsole is cheap styrofoam plastic and "canvas" is cheap plastic. Also and not the right length for size on label.

They refuse to refund before they say they shipped exactly the item as requested. The problem is that their false advertising means that the product I received is not the product that I bought according to their description. The product is so cheap it can't even be worth 2$, I can't imagine they would even pay for shipping back fro Canada to Singapore for this.

They have a refund policy which should cover this, but they are giving me all kinds of excuses and are now ghosting me.

"Within 30 days from receiving orders, you have to request or notify us about returning or replacing the order because of below major reasons:
*The products have been crashed or damaged
*Different design or size from your order."

I am very frustrated and feel like my rights as a customer have been violated and that they can just get away with this. Also, they are advertising heavily on all social platforms so I am sure a lot of people have been scammed like this. So I would like to warn as many people as possible. Plus I am out 72$ USD, which is a significant amount.

I would like a refund from them, and for other people to be warned about this fraudulent company.
