We ordered the Mosquito Killer. None of them actually worked - they were defective. We couldn't even see if they did what was promised bc the fan didn't work. We contacted them, and they offered to give us a refund as long as we paid for return shipping from California.....TO THEIR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA. What a ripoff. They are fully aware that paying for return shipping to China may cost more than the product, so they won't have to give us a refund bc they won't give a refund until they actually receive it and who is going to pay that shipping?
