MOORE AIR shoddy installation on my upstairs a/c unit caused leaking in my home i made several attempts to no avail to try to resolve this issue this company has terrible customer service after the point of sale cinti ohio

ON JUNE 04 2018 MOORE AIR installed a upper level a/c unit in my home they were paid 8943.00 there shoddy installation caused the unit to leak and destroy some of the interior in my home. Also during the installation one of there unqualified technicians fell through my roof, so they hired another unqualified seem to be drug addict to fix the ceiling.
That didnt go well but to be fair we got through that and they took care of it. In sept 2018 the unit leaked again and i have been getting the run around ever since. Yes they communicate, but they dont deliver on there word and as we all know if your word is not any good your not either.
JOHN MOORE there president talks good talk but they dont deliver. I know sometimes things go wrong in any business, but when they do, the business needs to own it. Its now 0ct 2019 and this issue after several failed attepts has not been resolved, so to anyone looking for hvac service BEWARE OF MOORE AIR.
