I went on internet and hired moving and relocation service to move my house they wanted 3000.00 for a list of 116 items and then they hired integrated moving solutions to move me .they show up and the first thing the man said is i have more that 800 cubic feet of material i said that all has to go. they wrapped the goods and then said that i had to give him cash 400.00 to load truck i said no one told me that was required it says that packing is included. so thay start to load truck we were the second pickup for the day. my wife was with me i hear her yell at one of the workers and here he had a hand truck that was used to load outside boxes and he was using it in the house mud all over the carpets. then we hear a load sound and find the bed room door with a hole in it.

when it comes time to pay i used a credit card was told 5%fee to process. but the machine was broke for the credit card and he would take care of the charge back at the office. i get the charge and he charged 400.00 more than his paper work says i show the delivery driver and had that corrected. he says that his truck is 1400 cubic feet and my load filled his truck so i had to pay for 1400 cubic feet i said that you had a load on the truck and he said that it did not count.

so a 3000.00 estimated job ended up at 6000.00 claiming i had twice the volume that the company was given but they had a list of all the goods. since then no one has said that the estimate was wrong and offer compension but i have found that the sub integrated moving solutions does have a F rating for over charging .
