I own a small business that does exchange with the U.S.  Originally I was dealing with a Jeff Maines who offered me competitive rates and good followup.  Then for reasons unknown to me, after I purchased a lot of USD in bulk, Mark was replaced by an Albert Edwards who decided to charge extremely high rates, more than three times the spread of what my old bank charged.  When I called him out on this he became extremely angry, and called me ungrateful for his service.  What service?  He just took over my account that already had a lot in reserves, and decided to charge me an arm and a leg simply for quoting me at that price.

Then he offered me a more personalized service featuring a market forecast that wasn't available to regular clients of MTFX for an extra fee that would be wired to his own personal account!  

That's fraud. Pure and simple.  

If Albert Edwards still works for that organization I wouldn't recommend giving them any money.  I don't believe MTFX is aware of this special "personalized service" that he's charging to his own personal bank account, but they need to hold themselves accountable for their employees actions.  

I plan on reporting MTFX and Albert Edwards directly to the RCMP.
