I'm writing due to areas of concerns: To expose the wrongs practices against consumers/clients. See below

The Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel is to ensure that the client's rights are not being violated and that attorneys are following ethics and being responsibility (Texas disciplinary rules of professional conduct).

Laws are made to protect our priviliges ( when the consumer is in compliance). When an attorney is working on cases, they must prioritize and ensure that all services are render at time of payment:

The attorney is needing to providing their idntification or this can be a Failure to Identify (offense)

listening to the client

Ensuring that the term called Statute of Limitations, this is to ensure that your rights are protected. This term must be explained to the client by your attorney

When an attorney fails to provide the above service, they should be investigated and advise to provide the service that the client paid for.

This Office of the Cheif Disciplinary Counsel should invesigate in the following areas, due to cognitive declining with deficits (a concern in the work place): Making sure the attorneys are competent and deligent  in their respresentation (meeting core competentcies requirements: understanding, making decision, problem solving and action taking

Communication-listening to clients

Be up to date in their year training, example, family law: abuses-verbal, emtional and financial abuse

Go over all paperwork information before you ask a client "do you have any questions", they (clients need to have paperwork to be addressed, before they go to court, because a change may come up and check for signatures

Clients are being rip off, when these attorneys are not in the know. I'm still fighting with my divorce, who did not ID herself, and needs a grivance, but there is another one is the law firm, who wants to take on her poor passing job performance.
