On Septemer 3rd , 2019 , I submitted a cash offer on 31 Plantation Dr., Agawam MA that was listed by Oleg Abramchuck from First Nationwide Realty. As Mr. Abramchuk claimed prior to signed contract, this property didn't have to be owner occupied and could be rented out, as it was one of my conditions to proceed with the deal.
Few weeks later, as all parties were getting ready to close, I received condo by-laws that contradicted Mr. Abramchuk's claim that subject property didn't have to be owner occupied. It turned out that it couldn't be rented out, that it had to be owner occupied.
I had to back out of the deal before closing day and submitted a proper written request to get my deposit back. It's been over a month, I still haven't received my deposit.

Initial complaint against Oleg Abramovich from First Nationwide Realty may have been filed in error, based on seemingly incomplete information. Oleg is working diligently to resolve current issues regarding subject property. My apologies for inconvenience.

It's been 2 months since the signed request for return of deposit was submitted. Agent is not returning the deposit and not providing any reasons as to why the deposit is not being returned.
