Orthopedic Sciences OSI Waste of time working for Seal Beach California

Worked for Orthopedic Sciences and it was an absolute waste of my time. 

When I interviewed for the position obvious red flags were out there but I decided to give it a chance. But boy did those red flags come out once I started working. I realized the owner who is a practicing surgeon was good on the clinical benefits of the products but had no concept of how to actually sell a d**n thing in the current climate in medicine and healthcare today.

We had no business relations with any hospitals in the area where I worked and being that OSI is a small company the hospitals make it very difficult to let a small company in to sell product. Also the product OSI mainly sells the prices are way too high to compete against the big companies and the product is within similar categories of products that are already on contract.

if you work for this company you will end up spinning your wheels going no where as far as getting the product approved in any hospital and the owner is very disorganized with his business.

Lastly I was let go from this company without any warning and have not heard from the owner since my dismissal, I tried to call him but no return calls or emails. Just let me go a vanished into the night. I did not do anything wrong to get dismissed and most of all treated this way and ignored.

if your looking to get into the medical device field, save yourself some time and pass on this opportunity as it is just a waste of time. If you see red flags in the interview believe your first instinct
