The Osceola probate court has recently made a controversial decision to grant executorship to family members who have chosen to sever ties with their relatives. In particular, some family members residing in Orlando have taken drastic measures by hiring an individual named William Roof to unlawfully seize property from relatives whom they disdain and have effectively disowned. This raises significant ethical concerns, as disowned family members should not be wielding such power over those they have chosen to distance themselves from.

A prime example of this troubling situation involves my own brother, who has cut off all connections with his entire family. In addition, Christy Collins, presumably a relative, is allowing my niece and nephew to cast votes against me regarding family matters, despite the fact that Florida law stipulates they should not be permitted to do so. This blatant disregard for legal regulations adds another layer of injustice to an already distressing scenario.

Furthermore, both William Roof and Zeffery Mims have betrayed my trust in the legal process, effectively undermining my rights to become the executor in my own family matters, with my own legal counsel being compromised in the process. It is alarming to see dishonest family members exploiting their connections to unlawfully acquire property, while simultaneously claiming that their intentions are to preserve it for future generations.

On top of this, my brother Richard has resorted to bribery, enticing our nephew with Robert’s motorcycle to motivate him to vote against me in this contentious family dispute. Compounding these issues, it has come to my attention that a sheriff recently faced arrest due to corruption allegations. Richard seems to have capitalized on this corrupt environment, attempting to manipulate the system further in an effort to seize my rightful inheritance.
