Spivak and his boats are a complete rip off. His WHOLE business is a scam. I bought into territory and discovered he also sold the same territory to others.

His boats are basically unsafe, dangerous junk, i had then independently inspected by a USCG Marine Engineer and the report was frightening. AGAIN the boats are UNSAFE

I tried to fight this in court but the US Justice system seems to favour such people.

He has many other businesses, different products and services. His associate are no different, they are well aware of his scam. The man and i use the word man reluctantly is nothing but a liar and a cheat. He knows what he is doing and he has ripped off MANY.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SLIME BALL HE WILL LOOK YOU IN THE FACE AND LIE TO YOU THEN SWINDLE YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.
