I have worked with Paysafe for many years and under Jason Kochen, I always received my commission the day after a deal was approved. But unfortunately, Jason was promoted and I was assigned Anthony Mucciolo and John Vozzella who has continuted to lie to me and tell me that my commission was released and I should have it.
Here is what happened.
Due to the pandemic, I had not put in any deals but started to contact merchants that I had been working on.
On November 16th, I contacted Anthony to get the proper paperwork for a merchant, Harmony House, I filled out all the paperwork he sent and then sent it over to him to make sure that nothing was missing or overlooked. He assured me that everything was in order and put the paperwork through. This is where the nightmare involving him and John started.
Under Jason, when my deals were approved, I was paid my commission the following day. On November 22nd this deal was approved. On November 24th, I contacted Anthony because I had not received my commission and he said he would look into it. I had to contact him again on the 29th because he never got back to me and he said I would be paid either at the end of the week or with my residuals on the 19th, and he would get clarification on the date, which he never did.
On Dec 8th I once again contacted Anthony who said he would check and get back to me. Again, no response. I waited until residuals came out on the 19th and still no commission. On the 23th I wrote to Jason who forwarded my email to John. He informed me that he contacted AP and that I should have my money either that day or the next. Of course, no commission. On the 28 I contacted John again and he assured me that AP released my bonus and I would have it the next day.
Dec 29, still no commission, this time John informed me that ACH's could take up to 3 days. Well today is the January 3, 2022 and still no commission. I feel that I have been lied to over and over again since November 24 and I am truly tired of it. I'm sure if they didn't receive their paychecks they would not be too happy. I told John that if I didn't receive my promised commission I would report him but apparently he doesn't care because to this date I still have not received my $250.00 that was supposed to be paid to me weeks ago.
I have all the emails from both him and Anthony saying I would get my commission with dates from Novermber 24 to the latest date was last week. According to John Accounts Payable released it, not really sure who they released it to or where it went but it definitly did not come to me
