This owner and company is nortorius for bing late on construction times. Not paying their contractors and going after their bond companies for the payments. They have been sued dozens of times and end up settleing out of court.
Do not work for this company they will delay your payment then not pay you at all.
The owner was caught telling his workers that he loves closing down small businesses since they cant fight them in court.
They have also been fired from nermorous jobs for failing to complete.
They can hardly keep anyone working for them for a period of time but they dont care they just hire someone else to work for them or another contractor to do the job.
This is well documented in the court room from their own employees, contractors and reaL estate developers.
They need to be shut down by all 3 states they work out of.
