Phrasly charged me $140.12 after a free trial, denied a refund, and terminated my subscription without cause or resolution. Dover Delaware

On October 31, 2024, I signed up for Phrasly.ai’s 1-day free trial to test their service. I forgot to cancel the trial, which resulted in a $140.12 charge for a yearly subscription. I immediately contacted Phrasly.ai to request a refund but was denied, with the company citing a misleading policy that processing a document voids refund eligibility. This contradicted their stated 14-day refund policy.

Months later, I discovered my subscription had been downgraded to a free plan. When I contacted support, they claimed I attempted a chargeback, which I never did. They used this as justification to terminate my subscription without notification or explanation.

Phrasly.ai has refused to refund my money or restore my access. Their policies are unclear, and their customer service is unresponsive. I feel this company unfairly took my money without delivering the promised service. I am requesting either a full refund or reinstatement of my yearly subscription.
