This firm will scam you out of Bitcoin and Crypto investments, DO NOT INVEST, if you have invested - and there are others because of traces to the crypto wallets where our money was sent, you are not going to get your money back. This firm represents that they are Polychain Capital, they are not.

This firm advertises: "Polychainfund is an American Investment Firm committed to exceptional returns for investors through blockchain assets managed in it's portfolio" We invested thousands of dollars (BTC transaction through Gemini) that promised outsized returns.  A 14-day investment, once the investment was done, we tried to withdrawal but then the excuses started.

The signs are all clear now, this is an (embarrassingly) obvious scam site.  They tried to even flip it on us that we did a fraudulent investment, and in order to get our bitcoin / investment back, we'd need to invest again. There are numerous spelling and grammar mistakes on their site.  They have a photo of Pete Buttigieg as one of their testimonials.

The links to videos and PDF white papers don't work, blog links don't work.  "Founders" photos are blurry, unclear and ripped from other sites.

They reference Polychain Fund and Polychain Capital (and its founders such as Olaf Carlson Wee and others, with multiple spelling errors) but are unassociated in anyway whatsoever.

LinkedIn has one linked profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/torres-mendoza-4021701aa/  Torres Mendoza , likely a fraud.

The website is impressive, including an investor account center showing the "accumulated returns".  The trouble all starts when you try to get your investment back.  Excuses come out, they accuse you of fraud and then try to get you to invest more. You'll also be offered a welcome bonus and bounty to invest in their funds, all to entice you to invest more money (and yes, it has a deadline to put the pressure on!).

We have filed complaints and reports through counsel with various agencies in California, New York, and nationally with FTC, SEC and others.  Please note, this is not a registered business, this is not a firm listed with the SEC, there are no disclaimers on the website and no licenses of any kind associated.

My Experience with Polchain Fund

AUTHOR: Wanda - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, October 20, 2022

I would have been able to prevent a lot of stress from Polchain Fund if I had heard about this post earlier.
I put down a $7,000 deposit, and it was accepted right away. Unfortunately, I was turned down when I tried to cash out my investment, which came to $12,000 plus a few pennies.
Why in the world are they taking advantage of their clients in this way? It makes a terrible impression.

On this website, I found some articles on Paige McCubbin. The article discussed a situation involving cryptocurrency, but it focused on how she had assisted other people—both businesses and individuals—in recovering their money from con artists.

My bank account was credited with the money after I got in touch with ( paigecubbin ) on Telegram. She was able to get my money back from Polchain Fund in just 4 days after I contacted her.

I strongly suggest anyone who has been a victim to get in touch with her so you can get your money back.
