Our experience with Freeman Miller Gibson has been nothing short of appalling. While it is true that our company owed funds to their client, the tactics employed by this law firm to secure payment were unethical, unprofessional, and outright harassing.

From the outset, Jonathan Wells resorted to bullying and deceitful practices. Their representatives relentlessly harassed not only our company but also our employees and even our clients, dragging uninvolved third parties into their aggressive and unnecessary pursuit of funds. This behavior crossed all boundaries of professional decorum and demonstrated an alarming lack of respect or consideration for anyone involved.

To make matters worse, their methods included obscene and inappropriate conduct. One of their representatives engaged in a recorded conversation with one of our owners that was shockingly vulgar, going as far as to make crude and explicit references involving sexual acts. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also disgraceful, and it reflects poorly on their organization as a whole.

The actions taken by Freeman Miller Gibson LLC to achieve a payment outcome were completely unacceptable. No business or individual should have to endure the level of harassment and degradation that we experienced.

We urge anyone considering  to think twice before associating with a firm that relies on unethical and bullying tactics. There are far better legal professionals out there who can represent your interests with integrity and respect.
