The company claims it will provide you with a refund within three to five days then never does. I purchased software for $150 and received several emails from the company saying I should expect my account to be accredited soon. Upon further research, I found the company's website through the Better Business Bureau along with other customers who had the same experience. They used the name Margaux johnson in all of their emails from customer service which I could not anywhere online. The company always responds by saying that the account ID was activated or that the software was downloaded but in my circumstance and according to others on their website this was not the case.

The Powerline Group claimed it would give me a refund in 3 - 5 business days. I purchased software for $150 on their website and received several replies from the company saying the amount should be credited to my account soon. Upon further research, I found the company's profile of the Better Business Bureau along with other customers who had a similar experience. In every email, they used the name Margaux Johnson which was not found on their website, Linkedin, or anything linked to the company on Google. In each reply on the Better Business Bureau's website, the company stated they couldn't refund the customer's a refund because they downloaded the software or activated the ID. Some of the customer's denied this or claimed the software did not work but all of them said they were told by Margaux Johnson that they would receive a refund from the company. The company emailed me back each time but never credited the money back to my account.
