I was ONLY looking for estimate on 2 slabs of granite countertops when the owner (Mamad) shows up with a huge smile and promises of how he's the largest in Vegas and caters to well to do clients that live in the Spanish Hills/Trails Community and would like to give back as a token of his appreciation to someone like myself on a small budget.  He dismantled my entire 'FUNCTIONING" kitchen (taking entire wall down with NO permits) and NOT done by "licensed contractors" nor "professionals" as he advertises on his website but people that you would find out front at your local Home Depot.

 Non English speaking, probably not insured so now i'm liable if they get injured on my property.  They damaged my refrigerator and denied it and the owner did not have the decency to even apologize or take a look personally, instead he told his secretary to tell me via text, "he's not responsible". Furthermore, he wanted to stick me with mismatched (3 different pieces) quartz after I paid for "specific" sizes, yet he asked for more money if I wanted matching pieces.

 On top of that, he also wants to stick me with mismatched, missing pieces, damaged and not even close to the cabinets he sold me while I was in his showroom, so he pulled the "bait and switch" maneuver.  His entire premise was fraudulent.  He took $10,000 up front based on "I was getting a great deal" approach and NEVER went back to the job site to review the work performed by the people he sent.  He has been reported to the NV Board of Contractors and there is an open investigation into this matter.

 I reached out to him to settle this with me and all I wanted was my money back so I can pay a proper contractor to put my kitchen back together and I need him to pickup his old cabinets, but no response from him nor anyone from his office. This man and his wife have no conscious for taking my money upfront and leaving me and my daughter with STILL NO kitchen for already over a month and a half while assuming no responsibility.  He discredits all the sincere people out there that really do want to help others.
