Phillip J. Aguilar the owner of Done and Done Property Solutions wrote a check for services rendered and when the check bounced he was unavailable and did not return any calls or texts for payment.  His word means nothing due to the fact that on Friday said he was going to pay me from his personal account due to my being with his Company for a long time but when it came time to call him as he asked nothing on that day and nothing until I told him the check was going to the District Attorney which is has gone.

  Be warned that if you decide to do business with this company then get paid in cash or certified funds.  After looking at court records he does have quite a few things that I should have looked at before representing his Company.  We are looking into his Company with local records and will post as we find more information from City or County.
