Puppies Spot Non-receipt of Puppies Pittsburgh PA

They sold me 2 puppies for $799 which included free shipping in an airline approved crate.  Once I paid the delivery company that they use sent me an invoice for $1,800 - $2,500 for a special crate rental.  I paid for it and then they told me it was for only 1 crate and I needed 2.  I didn't have the funds and I told them that and I asked for a refund of the crate rental charges and they stopped answering my phone calls and emails.

American Air Carriers was the name of the delivery service.

I email the puppies spot and they told me because I hadn't fulfilled my contract that I could get a refund.  They said it stated in their terms and conditions that I could only ask for refund after I received the puppy and then I could send it back for a refund.

This is a scam.
