Rauum company inc Raaum Incorporated Doug Raaum Dec-k-ing Horrible Workmanship, Never completed job, Caused me a complete nightmare Annapolis Md

We contacted Doug, to come out and provide vinyl membrane to a project we were doing. He did the job on his own terms , which caused there to be alot of issues because the work was to be completed with the other contractors so it would be done correctly. He got two draws for 19k dollars and had one remaining.

He has admitted that it looks like sh*t on the front deck but wants another 8k before he will come out . I was willing to put in escrow to know we were both protected. He refused said he needs check in hand before coming out. This clown thinks I was born yesterday. He is not holding up other contractors til the work is complete. 

I have filed a lawsuit and paperwork through MHIC.  I reached out to the owner Brendan of Dec-K-ing in Canada. This guy has to be the most assanine owner I have eer met. I wanted him to gie me the product so that we can finish he has refused. I will keep this thread up. If you dont want a nightmare on your hands stay far away from this sweaty hand fool.
