I sent my phone back as a return it was only $170 but I had to first file a claim with my bank because it took me about 2 months to get a way to get it back to them all my emails didn't have any type of ticket or any type of address or anything to even return my phone. I finally got the label to send it back to them and I kind of wish I hadn't. When I sent it back they said that they tried to return the item and refund me but somehow there was a glitch in their system because their Bank said that I had a claim out on them. So what I did is I canceled the claim.
Literally it took me about 10 seconds to cancel it on my bank once it's gone it's done they should have been able to say well well I can go ahead and return my money now. A customer service agent named Jay kept saying that that wasn't their policy that once a claim is actually put out there that they have to wait for the 45 to 90 days to return my money even if I had made an agreement with him return my item and he made an agreement with me to refund me which is the basis for which I canceled the claim.
And like I said 170 dollars is actually enough to b**** about. We emailed back and forth but I honestly believe that he's doing this and making these false claims that even though I've canceled my claim he can't go back and refund my money that it's just revenge on his part! And the part of his company! You do realize that rubillo.com sells cell phones and electronics and they have several different locations and their customer service has been touted as being very bad. I think they have funny customer service people give them five star but everybody else is just like me I'm leaving them one star and I leave them minus five stars if I could.
Just remember this is a dicey Chansey place to do business with if they're waiting for my bank to contact them about my claim there is no claim any longer so they're probably going to keep my money according to Jay I mean he didn't say that right pointedly but what he's going to do and keeping it until the claim is resolved there is no claim anymore so he'll be keeping my money and he refuses to send my phone back unless I pay for it! seriously you don't want to do business with these a*s clowns!
