 Judge Collin's behavior during the proceedings was notably unprofessional, as she directed condescending glares toward me while showing a stark favoritism towards my niece and nephew, whom she had sworn in. Then judge Collin’s made another false claim. That Richard lived closer to the court than I did. Richard lives two hours from me. I’m only 7 hours from Robert’s home and Orlando. Richard lives 10 or more hours. So I don’t know where judge Collin’s gets that information from. There is nothing honorable about judge Collin’s. With her being bribed by William roof. Which is why she is being nasty and unfair to me. Because I had no lawyer representing me. Which it was all cooked up to do me dirty and criminal. Mr.Mims had a bad attitude right after he talked to William roof, they’re all in cahoots. For the judge to rule against me. Judge Collin’s is taking bribes for rule against family members. Who are trying to do the right thing. By their decease sibling. Judge Collin’s made a thief executor. Judge Collin’s is unlawfully enriching herself. Regrettably, she chose not to administer the oath to me, and instead of addressing her actions, focused on allocating blame for the situation, questioning my ability to remain respectful throughout the process. This approach was not only disheartening but felt unjust, especially given the circumstances. Furthermore, William Roof, who was involved in the case, was diverting my emails directly to Judge Collin. This revelation came about after I confronted him regarding his verbally abusive conduct towards me, which I perceived as defamatory and slanderous. This situation is compounded by the fact that due to Richard's job status, and my inability to drive at that moment because my car was in a state of disrepair, which ultimately influenced Judge Collin's ruling in Rick's favor, adding to my feelings of helplessness. It appeared as though William Roof was resorting to unscrupulous tactics in an effort to secure a victory in this situation. Judge Collin placed the blame solely on me, even when I felt that my own lawyer, Zeffery Mims, had failed to fulfill his duties despite the compensation I had provided for his services. As a single elderly woman, I sensed that there was a bias at play, leading to a ruling that seemed discriminatory based on my age, which I found deeply troubling. In addition to the stress of the situation, Judge Collin’s abrupt disconnection of the webcam during the hearing was distinctly rude and uncalled for, effectively shutting down any opportunity for my aide to contribute to the discussion.  Mr. William, who I found to have a rather unpleasant demeanor, exhibited behavior that I can only describe as harshly verbal abusive towards me right from our initial interactions. Richard knows about the car accident I had and I have no transportation. He said I could have Robert’s truck but now he refuses to let me have it. Or where it’s located. Now he has gotten my niece and nephew against me. Richard never had anything to do with them NEVER!. Mr.Roof thinks that nobody especially me have any rights to bless them out. Richard hates Robert and he never had anything to do with him. All they did was talked on the phone on occasion. Furthermore, Mr. William exerted pressure on Mandy and Stephen, compelling them to concede and agree that Rick would serve as the executor. This manipulation showcased his ability to influence those around him, creating a troubling atmosphere that affected our relationships and the course of the proceedings.
