Primary Medicine Associates - Richard Horak dismissed me as a patient telling me he couldn’t medically treat me the way i wanted Auburn AL

It's frustrating to feel that the primary medicine office manager, Stephanie, is the root of my dismissal as a patient by Richard Horak, who said he couldn't provide the medical care I was seeking.

It feels particularly harsh, especially since I am a woman. I can't seem to understand why I keep facing such challenges at doctors' offices in Alabama. I believe I shouldn’t have to endure this kind of treatment, and I have every right to voice my concerns without fear of retaliation.

It's disheartening to hear a doctor claim he couldn't offer me the medical assistance I required, especially after experiencing a heart attack. It's truly disappointing to encounter such insensitivity when all you need is support during a difficult time.
