She advertised a barrel horse and promised it was sound. She focused on a superficial cut on leg prior to purchase but it turned out after the horse was delivered to us that it had a old injury/trauma that was severe which made the horse permanently defective.
The horse can never be a barrel horse. They refused refund. Rileigh now states the sale was through her and had nothing to do with her business, Premier Horses, LLC or John Frye, but most of our paperwork she gave us has Premier Horses, LLC and John Frye on the paperwork.
After we contacted several agencies about being defrauded, Rileigh had a lawyer make us a settlement offer that she would refund half the money and we keep the horse in exchange that we keep quiet about the situation, but then she changed the agreement offer at the last minute and recinded her original offer.
They continue to scam others who have posted bad reviews and made contact with me.
